Master Bushings
Master bushings, kelly bushings and insert bowls of different kind are all available in our company. They are manufactured with high-quality alloy steel castings. These bushings and insert bowls are suitable for the rotary table with the size from 17 1/2 to 37 1/2 inch. Master bushings and insert bowls can also accommodate API standard rotary slip, drill collar slip, casing slip or roller kelly bushing.
- Master bushings in our company are designed with cover. They work with kelly bushings to drive drill pipe.
- Based on the different structure, master bushings have solid body and split body.
- According to different type, the bushings boast models of MSS, MDSP, MSP and MSPC.
- Master bushings, kelly bushings and insert bowls are all produced according to API 7K ISO9001:2008, GB/T 28001-2001 and GB/T 24001-2004-ISO14001:2004.

- Pulling out or feeding off string can be done while rotating.
- Because of their integral construction, master bushings cannot fly out or hurt you.
- The bushings can be easily installed, maintaining good alignment.
- Contact between kelly and roller is a rolling contact, so friction is lower, and drill pressure is accurate.
- The master bushings have lower wear and long life.
- Working condition of this master bushing is improved.
